Crash Shuts Down I-81 On-Ramp In Franklin County

A multi-vehicle accident shut down an on-ramp to Interstate 81 in Franklin County on Friday morning, May 17, according to PennDOT.

Officials said it happened on the PA 696 ramp to I-81's southbound lanes near Exit 24 in Southampton Township. The ramp was still closed as of 9:30 a.m. 

It's not yet clear if anyone was hurt.
